Jonathan joined L+S+H in 1998, becoming a Design Associate in 2006 and a Director in 2009. He has dual qualification as a chartered architect and urban designer, with extensive experience of mixed use town centre projects, as well as with smaller scale developments. Jonathan covers a range of project sectors from master planning, urban regeneration, mixed use, residential, retail, commercial, leisure and conservation.
He has a creative and commercially successful approach to development issues raised by the historic environment. Jonathan is recognised as an expressive master planner and architect, making key contributions to projects from both the architectural and urban design perspectives from inception to completion: while at the same time fulfilling clients’ commercial needs and meeting town planning requirements.
Jonathan has a strategic business role within the practice and has responsibility for the direction of design across a range of projects, alongside practice management and business development roles.
