Technical Associate
Alan joined the Practice in 1998 and headed up the architectural team responsible for Basingstoke's £130M, 900,000 sq ft Festival Place retail re-development which opened in October 2002 before becoming an Associate in Spring 2004. He has a broad base residential/commercial/retail project background including a history of large scale town centre retail refurbishment schemes and is currently the Associate responsible for the proposed refurbishment of Edmonton's town centre retail, medical and leisure facilities.
Alan's responsibilities include the co-ordination, implementation and cost control of the project brief together with the management, supervision and programming of the project team resources.
He also has additional corporate responsibility for NBS and CPD
