Steve joined L+S+H in 1980 and became a Team Leader before taking over the running of the London office in 1986. He opened the new Camberley Office where he was Managing Associate. Steve was made a Partner in 1996.
With over 30 years experience, Steve's principal expertise is in large commercial projects with particular strengths in taking projects from the design stage through to delivery.
His Clients include Marks & Spencer, St Modwen Developments, Waitrose, Centros Miller, Hammerson and Tesco Stores.
Outside of projects, Steve is the Partner responsible for CDM, Risk Management and Practice Procedures and a Director of the Wren Insurance Association.
