A new boutique-hotel and residential resort located in stunning terrain on an elevated site, the resort is laid out to accentuate the breathtaking views of the Caribbean and the Atlantic Ocean. With each luxury villa set in lush, landscaped gardens accommodation is arranged to ensure that each room is focused on beautiful views and captures the best of natural light and gentle breezes. Using the topography every plot is afforded expansive views.

The centrepiece of the development is a boutique-hotel consisting of individual lodges and suites set across the hillside, together with a clubhouse set atop an elevated escarpment. Hotel facilities, restaurants and bars are arranged looking across a broad pool deck and infinity pool overlooking the bay below.

Planning permission has been granted and detailed design work is ongoing in 2020.
