Much of our current workload involves the regeneration of brownfield urban sites and the comprehensive refurbishment of tired town centres dating from the 1960’s and 1970’s.

Frequently, these complex projects have involved long-term phasing within the framework of an overall masterplan, to minimise disruption to existing commercial activity.

Some of our urban regeneration projects involve our design and completion of the whole masterplan.

Elsewhere, on larger regeneration projects such as Brindley Place in Birmingham, our involvement can be working alongside other architects and designers on different phases of an overall major masterplan.
