Increasingly, our urban regeneration projects include a significant residential element as part of a vibrant mix of uses. Many of these are multi-level complex schemes, where the residential occupies upper floors above retail, leisure or other uses.

Our residential clients include many of the national developers such as Berkeley Homes, St George, Rialto and Linden, as well as working in partnership with numerous Housing Associations for the provision of social and affordable homes.
