A new 315,000 sq ft campus for a global research and technology organisation and upgrades to 1m sq ft legacy tech campus: the new-build campus provides a flexible home for a multi-faceted end-user organisation, acting as its global headquarters, and providing adaptable office, laboratory, conference, workshop and testing facilities.

Designed to provide high-quality workspace combining excellent natural light, a comfortable and natural worker environment, and integrating a range of departments and disciplines, the new campus buildings reflect a new era for the occupier in the 21st century. The campus is designed to encourage employees’ social and business interaction, enabling Wellness and fostering creative thinking, research and teamwork.

The new facility will provide a market-leading anchor to a growing extra-regional tech-hub of national importance within a wider commercial/ tech masterplan.

The project also involves the creative masterplan vision for re-positioning 1m sq ft of legacy floorspace to create buildings suited to current STEM occupiers, and to re-brand the park as part of its growing extra-regional hub.

A further tranche of 50 acres of further land is being masterplanned to accommodate science, industrial, logistics and aviation.
